What is included in the parking tariff?

The parking tariff includes fully insured indoor parking and 21% VAT. If the parking period is 7 days or more, a free machine wash (exterior) is also included in the tariff.

What security does Helle Hollis Parking offer ?

At Helle Hollis Parking your car will be parked indoor in a closed installation. The parking installation is connected to a central alarm system. Only authorized Helle Hollis staff will have permission to enter the parking. Furthermore we have staff working 24 hours 7 days a week.

What happens if there is a damage on my car upon return?

Before the car is handed over we will make sure that all damages are recorded on the parking contract. In the rare event that additional damage should occur, Helle Hollis Parking will assume responsibility only when the damage is claimed before the car has left Helle Hollis Parking installations. You must then notify your insurance company who will settle the claim with us.

Do you accept all kind of motor vehicles?

Yes, we do. For bigger vehicles such as motor home and camping caravans please send an email to parking@hellehollisparking.com with your request as this depends on if we have space available. The parking price for motor home and camping caravans will be quoted seperately as it depends on its size.

How do I get back and forth from the Airport?

Our free courtesy bus service runs continuously and will take you back and forth from the airport. We kindly ask you to call us in advance to let us know your flight number and estimated arrival time, so that we can have your vehicle prepared for your collection.

Any discounts available?

We offer a 5% online discount if you book your parking through our website. Click here to make your booking now!

Do I pay in advance?

You will pay for the parking when you drop off the car. We recommend that you pay in advance when you make your online reservation in order to save time when you drop off the car. If you are not sure about your return date, then you can always make an extension by email.

What is included in the 1 year parking contract?

You can drop off and pick up the car as many times as you wish during your yearly contract. A free car wash is included when the parking period is of 7 days or more. Our free courtesy bus service will bring you to and from the Airport. In the 1 year contract you will have the night fee included so you can drop off or pick up your car between 00:00-07:00h at no extra out of hour cost.

Do you refund unused parking?

For long term parking we will recalculate the parking period applying the normal parking tariff without the 5% online discount and refund the remaining amount to your client account. You can use the refunded amount on either parking or car hire in the future. You may also transfer this amount to either friends or family who are using our services. For short term parking we don´t make any refund.
